Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Deposit Refund

• Free deposit refund is available for cancellations made up to 21 nights before the arrival date.

• For cancellations made within 21 nights before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Payment Terms

• The full amount of the reservation must be paid on the arrival day.

 

Modifications

• In case of reservation changes resulting in fewer nights or a shorter stay, no refund will be issued for the reduced nights.

 

No-Show Policy

• In the event of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable and the guest may be charged according to the reservation terms.
